Barre Definition has a variety of programs that are suitable for all levels. When recovering from an injury it’s important to gradually ease into working out again. The ‘Back In Action’ program is great for someone wanting to ease back into working out again.

Many people who have suffered from back or hip injury find relief in their bodies with the ‘Back In Action’ program, as well as the ‘28-Day Beginner’ program. The 28-Day Program is a gentle approach to working out, that includes resistance training and stretching. The workouts are about 20 minutes, and are mainly bodyweight workouts (meaning no equipment is required).

Once you build your strength and confidence, then you can move on to other programs like the ‘90-Day Barre’ Program, and the Monthly Challenges.
