How to download Meal Plans or Recipes

To view or download any Meal Plans or Recipes, please see below depending on the device you may be using!

Note that TV devices such AppleTV, AndroidTV, Amazon Fire & Roku do not allow for downloads but you can always download the guide from the Desktop, tablet, or phone! 

Desktop

1. Once logged into the Desktop app, click on the Meal Plan or Recipe you wish to use. You can also find previous recipes in the Nutrition option in the top menu.

2. Once viewing the recipe, there will be a file under Downloads at the bottom. Click on this to open a menu on the right side.

3. Click on the file you wish to save to your computer!

Mobile Device

1. On a mobile device such as an iPhone or Android Phone, you can access the Meal Plan or Recipe in the same way as the Desktop by accessing the monthly challenge or in the Nutrition option in the top menu bar.

2. Once viewing the meal plan or recipe, click on the Downloads button

3. Then you can click on the file to view on your device!

4. The viewing may take a few seconds to download. If you wish you can save a copy to your device using the 3 button ellipse in the upper right corner!

5. Click on ' Save to Files' to save to your device

Tablet Device

1. On a tablet device such as an iPad, you can access the Meal Guide in the same way as a mobile device by accessing the monthly challenge or from the Nutrition option in the top menu bar.

2. Once viewing the Meal Plan or Recipe, click on the Downloads button.

3. Then you can click on the file to view on your device!

4. The viewing may take a few seconds to download. If you wish you can save a copy to your device using the 3 button ellipse in the upper right corner!

5. Click on ' Save to Files' to save to your device

Every month, you will find your meal guide under your monthly workout challenge.
