What's great about the app is that there's a clear path towards your best results. 

If you are new to fitness, a beginner, or returning back after a hiatus, then I recommend starting with the 28-Day Beginner Plan, found under the "PROGRAMS" tab. 

The 28-Day Beginner Plan will help ease you into movement again so you can feel confident progressing to the other programs. And don't worry if you need to modify here and there, that's totally normal. Make the workouts work for YOUR body, and keep showing up. You'll get stronger with each and every rep! 

Once you've completed the 28-Day Beginner Program, then I recommend going through the 90-Day Barre Program. This program will help you create consistency in your workout routine, and help you build a foundation of strength, flexibility, and muscle definition.  

Once you complete this program, then hop into the Monthly Community Challenge Calendar and continue to grow your results and keep your consistency of fitness.
