About Power My Pregnancy:

Power My Pregnancy is thoughtfully structured to support you from week 6 through week 40 of pregnancy and beyond into postpartum recovery. This program gives you the ability to move through your pregnancy with confidence, strength, and grace. You'll know exactly which exercises are safe, how to modify regular exercises, and how to move through life with your ever-changing, beautiful body.

It includes:

  • Trimester-appropriate workouts
    Low-impact, pregnancy-safe strength and mobility workouts that evolve as your body changes.

Pelvic floor activation & release series
Guided sessions to help you:

  • Strengthen the pelvic floor

  • Improve relaxation and coordination

  • Prepare for labor

  • Support postpartum recovery

Weekly Pregnancy Tips:
Each week you have a "Tip Of The Week" video to help you through changes you might be experiencing that week of pregnancy. These are filmed by Jacquelyn throughout her pregnancy so you always a friend supporting you!

Tips cover:

  • mindset guidance to support stress, anxiety, and hormonal shifts

  • functional pregnancy tips on posture, breathing mechanics, and daily movement strategies for a changing body

  • lifestyle support for sleep, recovery, energy, and nutrition

How to use the app safely while pregnant:

  • Follow the Power My Pregnancy program as your primary workout plan

  • Avoid regular (non-prenatal) workouts unless cleared by your doctor

  • Keep intensity moderate and rest as needed

  • Stay hydrated and avoid overheating

  • Use a chair, wall, or counter for extra balance

  • Skip any movement that feels uncomfortable
