If you received a failed payment notice from Barre Definition, there may be a few things happening. 

Here are the most common reasons why this happens:
- Your credit card has expired
- The funds are insufficient at the moment
- The transaction has been flagged for security reasons by the bank

While your payment is failed, we've temporarily paused your Barre Definition App membership until you've updated your billing information. Here's how: 

1. Login at barredefinition.com

2. Tap on 'Settings' under your profile avatar

3. Tap 'Billing Info' 

4. Tap 'Update' to input your new credit card details. 

Now that you've successfully updated your card, your membership will automatically reactivate.
