The Power My Pregnancy program is from Week 6 to Week 40. You can start on the week of your pregnancy. For example, if you are 14 weeks pregnant, then start on Week 14 in the program.
However, I do advise you to start from the beginning on the weekly tips because there is a lot of great information in the weekly tip videos that cover modifications, core activations, pelvic floor, and more. You can watch those videos on your own time during your pregnancy.
