If you're receiving an error message when trying to login and access your Barre Definition content via the website, please troubleshoot with the following action items:
- Be sure you are logging onto the correct site. Use this link: https://app.barredefinition.com/login
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies
- Disable any ad blocking software or VPN on your computer or network.
- Try logging in on a different website browser. For example, if you're using Chrome then try Safari, or if you're using a Safari, try Chrome
How To Clear Your Cache & Cookies On Chrome:
1. On your computer, open Chrome
2. At the top right, there are 3 horizontal buttons. Tap the 3 buttons, then scroll down to "More Tools".
3. Click "More Tools", then "Clear Browsing Data"
4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select "All time"
5. Next to "Cookies and Other Site Data" and "Cached Images and Files," check the boxes
6. Click "Clear Data"
How To Clear Your Cache & Cookies On A Mac:
1. Navigate to Finder, hold Shift+Command+G buttons simultaneously
2. Insert ~/Library/Caches in the tab provided to view your cache files
3. Select the go button
4. Hold the Command+A buttons simultaneously to select all files and press the Command and Delete buttons to clear all folders
