I'm not able to complete my purchase?

If you're getting stuck at checkout, where the "Complete my purchase" button is faded and you're not able to complete your checkout, here's what to do. 

If the boxes are yellow, and you let the computer autofill your information, then instead manually enter your information into the fields. 

The reason for this is because the computer is reading the autofill as "empty", and as a security measure you're not able to complete the purchase. 

Instead, type out all of your information manually so that the computer knows that a human is completing the purchase, not a computer.
