I forgot my password, what do I do?

If you have forgotten your password to Barre Definition, you will need to reset it to a new one. This is easy to do and both the desktop site and app use the same login & password!

On the Desktop App (site):

1. To reset your password from the Barre Definition desktop, go to the Login page here and then click on the Forgot Password link.

2. Enter the same email address you use to login with and then click the Create a New Password button

3. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password. This email will be from actionjacquelyn@t.kajabimail.com.

Note: If you don't see this email immediately, please be sure to check your 'Spam' or 'Junk' email folders as it may be misdirected.

You can also search your email for

actionjacquelyn@t.kajabimail.com

hello@barredefinition.com

to find the email such as the below image:

4. Click on the link in the email that will open a new browser page to reset your password.

Note: Please do not forward this link to another person or email address as it will expire the link.

5. Once you have changed your password, you will be automatically logged into the site. Please be sure to update any password managers you use for the password!

On the Mobile App (Apple & Google):

1. To reset your password from the Barre Definition app, go to the Login page and then click on the Reset Password link.

2. Enter the same email address you use to login with and then click the Create a New Password button.
